I'm pretty sure the explanation wasn't a jogger! A) Place was deserted by photographer's account B) The proportions of the mock-up figure looks pretty weird - Daddy-long-legs or what? C) Haven't people noticed that the figure is wearing a sort of soft-cornered white backpack? What jogger wears that - in the 1960s?? WHO wears backpacks like that one anyway, ever??
